Krátko: Duo Commander je súborový manažér, ktorý pracuje výhradne s tým, čo už máš v telefóne. Neexistuje žiadny server, na ktorý by sa tvoje súbory posielali, appka nemá reklamy ani analytiku a nezbiera o tebe nič. Sieť použije len vtedy, keď si sám otvoríš server v svojej domácej sieti.

Kde sú tvoje dáta uložené
Súbory, ktoré cez appku prezeráš, kopíruješ, premenúvaš alebo mažeš, sú tvoje vlastné súbory v úložisku zariadenia (interná pamäť, pamäťová karta). Appka ich nikam nekopíruje mimo zariadenia a nevytvára si o nich žiadnu databázu odosielanú von. Vlastné nastavenia (akcent, téma, jazyk, naposledy použité priečinky, uložené servery) sú v lokálnom úložisku aplikácie a odinštalovaním zmiznú.

Servery v domácej sieti
Ak si v appke vyhľadáš UPnP/DLNA server, odošle sa do lokálnej siete vyhľadávacia správa a následne požiadavky na ten server, ktorý si vybral. Ide o zariadenie v tvojej sieti, nie o službu prevádzkovateľa appky. Adresy serverov, ktoré si uložíš, zostávajú v telefóne.
Čo aplikácia nerobí
- Nemá reklamy ani reklamné SDK.
- Nemá analytiku, telemetriu ani crash reporting.
- Neposiela súbory, názvy súborov ani cesty na žiadny server.
- Nevyžaduje žiadny účet, registráciu ani prihlásenie.
- Nečíta kontakty, správy, polohu, kalendár, kameru ani mikrofón — o tieto povolenia vôbec nežiada.
- Nepredáva a neposkytuje žiadne údaje tretím stranám, pretože žiadne nezbiera.
Zdieľanie súborov do iných aplikácií
Keď v appke použiješ „Zdieľať“ alebo otvoríš súbor v inej aplikácii, súbor odovzdá systém tej aplikácii, ktorú si vybral. Čo s ním urobí, sa riadi jej vlastnými zásadami — Duo Commander do toho nevidí.
Deti
Appka nie je cielená na deti a nezbiera žiadne osobné údaje od nikoho.
Zmazanie údajov
Nastavenia appky zmiznú jej odinštalovaním. Tvoje vlastné súbory odinštalovanie nemaže — tie zostávajú v úložisku zariadenia, kde boli.

In short: Duo Commander is a file manager that works only with what is already on your device. There is no server your files are sent to, the app has no ads and no analytics, and it collects nothing about you. It touches the network only when you yourself open a server on your home network.

Where your data is stored
The files you browse, copy, rename or delete are your own files in the device storage (internal memory, memory card). The app never copies them off the device and builds no database that is sent anywhere. App settings (accent, theme, language, recent folders, saved servers) live in the app's local storage and are gone when you uninstall it.

Servers on your home network
If you search for a UPnP/DLNA server in the app, a discovery message goes out on your local network, followed by requests to the server you pick. That is a device on your own network, not a service run by the app's publisher. Server addresses you save stay on the phone.
What the app does not do
- No ads and no ad SDKs.
- No analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting.
- Sends no files, file names or paths to any server.
- Requires no account, registration or sign-in.
- Does not read contacts, messages, location, calendar, camera or microphone — it never asks for those permissions.
- Sells and shares no data with third parties, because it collects none.
Sharing files with other apps
When you use “Share” or open a file in another app, the system hands the file to the app you picked. What happens to it there is governed by that app's own policy — Duo Commander has no visibility into it.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no personal data from anyone.
Deleting your data
App settings are gone when you uninstall the app. Uninstalling does not delete your own files — those stay in the device storage where they were.
Changes to this policy
If anything changes, this page is updated and the effective date in the header changes with it.
